I have a 92 Deluxe Takedown with 1/2 Oct & 1/2 round barrel, chambered in 44-40 serial #92127. Custom stock with inlaid initial “MA” at bottom of buttstock. I have images of this rifle, but have not figured out how to post them on this forum. If interested, send me a email and I will reply with attachments.  [email protected]

Took me many years to find a nice Oct. bbl. 44-40 that I could afford. Then, one day, there it was on Gun Broker. Guy had many lookie loo’s, but no buyers. I offered $2,500 and got it. Boy, was I surprised when I received it. A real nice one with some receiver flaking and 98% blue. A 1913 rifle. Months later I saw one at the Reno show, not quite as nice, with non factory swivels for $4,750. I think the Gun Police are still after me.  Big Larry
