That is a tall order… in my experience it is somewhat difficult to find, and when I do, it is collector grade stuff. On a related note, if you shoot your Model 1905, be prepared to lose a substantial number of the empties. My Model 1905 35 S.L. slings the ejected empties in random directions and distances. Years ago I shot a box of (50) and only recovered (32) of the empties!

Thanks for the insight Bert. To date I have been able to corral all the limited number of brass I’ve fired from my 1907 & 1910. I have seen some 35 wsl made from 38 special brass but I would prefer to not have that in my ammo stash. I have emailed some custom manufacturers who have stated that they currently have it on back order.
So there is a chance….

When I can, I will ask a friend to dig through his piles of loose ammo. He may have some singles left. I did get all the SL examples for my cartridge collection from him awhile back.

Yeah, not going to pay $3/rd. for improper head stamp. I have been considering Leroy’s factory stuff at $3 a pop. I am going to Tulsa in Nov. Doubt there’s more availability and may be a similar price but at least I’d feel like I had a fighting chance and would be able to avoid another dollar per round in shipping.

I’m looking to buy some 35 wsl. Would prefer shootable, correct headstamp but would consider any to shoot.Darrin
I have a few, 10, 35wsl cartridges that need a home. Came in a bag of assorted rounds from a house being redone. Drop a message. I’ll further discuss. Dave
