I picked up a beautiful 1941 62 that is pristine, with one exception…
It had been drilled and tapped on the side for a scope- nicely done, but the mount is missing.
The standard new weaver style does not match up with the holes.
I’m going to attach a picture later of the hole pattern to see if anyone can inform me of which mount may fit.
Certainly hope it is a vintage mount…
Does anyone have notes on a list of period mounts contemporary for this rifle? I know it’s a long shot as most people would shy away from pieces like this.
Thanks y’all.
