Thats a King triple bead front. A #1 has a 1/16″ beads and the #2 has a 3/32″ beads. The beads were ivory, gold and black. I got a few of them along with a bunch of sights at auction  and sold them off along with any other non Winchester sight.

Bob, I have one of these sights that is missing the ivory bead.  Any idea where one could be found or made?

Chuck,

If it was mine I would make one out of a white plastic. Just turn it on a lathe.

Now I just need to find someone with a lathe.  Was hoping someone knows how to make a round ball that I could do easily.

The beads in the sights were not round balls, they were a cylinder shape with a section turned small in diameter which slide into the sight and then they dimpled the the sight with a punch, pinching the bead in it.

Thanks Bob.  I have an 1890 solid frame that has this sight on it.  I know it is not factory correct but I still want to fix it.

An Ebay seller used to sell original ivory post beads from the Winchester custom shop in lots of 5.  I have used them to replace missing beads in Marbles No.3 front sights.

I don’t know if he’s offering them anymore but his Ebay profile page is here.
