I’m working on restoring a 1951 ’94 and need a new plate for the rear sight fine adjustment.  Anyone know where I can find one?

Are you just looking for the rear sight elevator?

No. This is the little metal plate that goes into the rear sight and is held in with a tiny screw to allow for fine adjustments.

he’s looking for the plate that is dovetailed in the sight and held with the screw for fine adjustments.

In the past I made them by finding a sheet of metal just the right thickness or slightly thicker and then sanding it to the right thickness and then filing the bevels to it.

Yeah, I thought of that as a last resort.  Hoping to find some though.  Just in case what thickness metal did you use?

It depends on how much they buffed off the sight face when it was made. Take a feeler gauge set and measure what thickness you need.
