I have a letter from BBHC back in 1978 for my 1890 Winchester. For one of the options it states “graduated peep sights”. The word “sights” is plural. Is this the same as a std. tang sight only or is it inclusive of some kind of other than standard front sight also? Any help is appreciated……… Tnx Len

Len,
I highly suspect that it was a grammatical error. The “Graduated Peep” tang sight was a special order sight for a good number of different models. I have never seen one on a Model 1890, as the Graduated Peep tang sight was typically used for long range shooting.
