“LL” is a Lyman code, don’t know about “3”.  I don’t see the Winchester “dimple” for the point of the mount screw on either.

There are many, but what they all have in common is being for round barrels; is the bottom concave?

Not clear how that would work with LL, which is flat, but maybe they weren’t originally a pair.

If I’m reading the Lyman chart correctly, the B and LL base (front & rear) are for the Savage 23D rifle, older model.

That’s one, but don’t think the only one.  Can’t tell for sure from photo, but LL looks flat, & that Savage has a round rcvr.
