I just got a Winchester model 25 pump shot, and don’t see it as a choice on the age lookup page. It is serial 20xx. Can the year manufactured be determined closer than 1949-1954?

The first batch of Model 25 shotguns were completed and sent to the warehouse in March of 1949. Your Model 25 shotgun was most likely manufactured in April of 1949.

Wanting to disassemble and clean it and install plug, but seems way more work than a 12. Trigger group doesnt pop out like a 12. These instructions say that a tool has to be made. Anyone know of a video that shows it?
