With sadness, I post this. I picked up an original mint condition Model 12 duck, factory vent rib, that someone I assume back in the day, put a poly choke on it. I know it severely hurts the value on it, but was wondering by how much you experienced collectors think? I thank you in advance for any information given.

The value of the gun has been reduced by approximately 70%.

The dreaded Dial-a-Duck. The thing about them. IF you can shoot lead, the darn things work as well as they ever did, and that was actually pretty darn well.
Unfortunately that was installed in the days prior to the Lead shot ban for waterfowl. At the end of the day it is a duck gun! Steel shot will destroy the Dial a duck in a couple of rounds. Do not try!
Mike Orlen in Mass. is the best barrel man I ‘ve used. He could likely screw choke it at reasonable cost. Measure the OD of the barrel just behind the Poly choke with calipers, Mike can tell you what if anything can be done. He is reasonable, fast, and very good, a hard combination to beat. Easy peasy all he needs is your barrel, you could send the front half of your M-12 easily. I would guess less than 200 bucks can put that HD back in the duck blind.
