Win. Mod. 12/12 ga. Action Slide Style/Variation Question|Winchester Shotguns|Forum|Winchester Collector

Hi Folks,

I have a Winchester Model 12 in 12 gauge that I need an action slide for.  The shotgun was made in August 1923.

It is my understanding that there are 5 styles/variations of the action slide.  Which style is correct for my shotgun, considering the DOM?

Scott with CFN has provided descriptions of the 5 styles; but, unfortunately, I do not have the original action slide and cannot find any information on the years during which the different styles were used.

Any help is appreciated.
