When was my Winchester Model 1200 shotgun manufactured?

I purchased it second hand in the early 1980s.
It has a 30″ vented rib barrel.
The serial number is L805289.
Under the serial number, it is stamped 12 GA Magnum

The WACA is focused on Pre-1964 production Winchester firearms. The Model 1200 is not a Pre-1964 production gun. Based on the “L” prefix on the S/N of your gun, it was manufactured sometime after the Gun Control Act (GCA) of 1968. The limited information I have indicates it was most likely manufactured in the year 1973.
