That’s got to be old Abdul or his cousin. They have a regular table in the Casbah marketplace, selling pieces of the True Cross to pilgrims. I knew it was only a matter of time before they discovered eBay.

Today it’s hard to say if it’s a joke or a scam. When I see a scam that seems incredibly stupid I remind myself they wouldn’t be doing it if someone wasn’t falling for it.
