Model 37 in 410 - Forearm shoe

I have a Red Letter M37 in .410 and am trying to find a forearm shoe – just the shoe or the whole assembly.  No luck with Numrich or Nuline or other normal sources.  Anyone have these parts for sale?  thanks!

Do you have any idea how to identify the forearm and butt stock of the 37, 410 in all its variations?  I have a couple of the RL, and they have different forearms.  I would love to see some references on these, any ideas?  thanks, Elliot
