Information on model 12-20GA -2³/⁴ CHAM PROOF STEEL

I believe it was manufactured in 1954 SN 1426***. I want to knw why it looks different then the ones I seen people post up. I would also like to knw wat the markings mean. How can I post some pictures below. The markings include MOD Full ,imp cyl, single turn , the poly choke co. HARTFORD. CONN-PATENTED

As a Guest on the WACA website, you can only post a URL to pictures you have stored on a photo hosting website.
Model 12 S/N 1426000 was manufactured in February, 1952. Based on your brief description it appears that you have an aftermarket installed Poly-Choke on the end of the barrel.
