I purchased a Model 12 recently that is fully engraved.  From the serial number the gun was built in 1951.  The letters “ED” appear behind the trigger guard.  Anyone know the engraver?  Thanks, Jim

The letters “ED” are most likely factory inspector stamps, and have nothing to do the who engraved it.  Can you provide clear pictures of the gun & engraving?
