Can you provide pictures of the gun?  What is the barrel length and choke marking on the barrel?  Take Down or Solid frame? Guage (16 or 12)?

The serial number IDs it as an April 1913 production gun.

You can send the pictures to my email – [email protected]

The choke marking will be on left side of the barrel very near the receiver frame.  It is most likely marked “FULL”, but could be “MOD”.

Without seeing pictures of the gun (or a detailed written description of it), the only information I can provide is the date of manufacture… October 1920.  The barrel length and choke marking on the left side of the barrel will partially identify what variation it is.
