Hello folks,
I am in need of a drawing, photograph, picture, sketch or what have you for the Firing Pin for a Model 1893 Winchester shotgun.
The Firing Pin in the 93 that I am cleaning up is broken. I can repair the two main broken pieces but there appears to have been a "fin" near the front of the FP that rides in a slot in the Bolt. What I am looking for is the shape of this missing fin and if anyone happens to know it purpose.
There are no plans to fire this piece after I clean it up but I’d just like it to function correctly.
Here are a few pictures to help explain my missing info.

I have a scanned copy of the 1896 catalog that shows a picture of the firing pin (with the fin), along with the parts list, and instructions for disassembling the gun if you are interested.
