i have an 1893 12 gauge I just acquired. I do not know much about it. It appears my serial number is different it’s 1916 but also has letters WRACO below the number. Any thoughts

Interesting… most of the Winchesters found with the “WRACO” marking have it stamped over the top of the original serial numbers (obliterating it). Can you post (or send me) a clear picture(s) of it?

Is the barrel marked with one, or with two patent dates?
