winchester ranger .270 is it a mod 70.|Winchester Rifles|Forum|Winchester Collector

I recently received a winchester ranger 270 long action . would this still be considered a mod 70 . it look like mauser action with 3 step safety but whats throwing me off is the beautiful thumb hole laminated wood stock . cause i beileve this stalk came on coyote specials chambered in 22 250 243 308 300 not .270. Any info would help please thank you .much appreciated .Les from kansas .
