Did any of the Winchester lever action carbines have a trapdoor other than the 1873? I know the muskets in the 1873 and 1895 did, which are similar buttstocks. This is my first post on this forum, so howdy from Tennessee.
Hello and welcome to the forum. Some Model 1892 saddle ring carbines in 38 and 44 WCF caliber were manufactured with the trap door in the carbine butt stock for storing a cleaning rod. They are pretty uncommon for sure.

The 66’s, 73’s only the 44 and 38 calibers and 76’s. Other models could have them if special ordered.
