From what I can see in the pictures and the wear to the receiver is it does not look like it has much blue. It looks more like a patina finish but that could just be the pictures. The elevator has been polished which hurts it a little. The guys that were offering you $1000 were trying to steal it. Thats close to wall hanger price. You can bury it in the backyard for a few years and still get $800. This gun looks like quite a bit better than that. The guys that told you $2500 are close depending on what the blue really looks like. I would have to see good pictures of the sides of the receiver, barrel and tube to tell any more.
