I recently acquired a Left Hand Safari Express in 375 H&H. Barrel is stamped New Haven and Classic. It is a controlled round feed. serial number is G278854. Checking production records, it does not make sense. Any Thoughts?

Hello Jim,

Your Model 70 is a very late production rifle that was manufactured by the U.S. Repeating Arms Company (U.S.R.A.Co.) sometime after the year 2000, but before March 2006.
