OfflineI was feeling wistful this morning and thinking about a M1894 SRC I let go years ago – probably 40 years ago. It was a .25-35, plain in all respects except for special order side mounted swivels (like the so-called, “Belgian Congo” carbine swivels). I have never seen another carbine with these swivels. When I let it go, I scarcely realized I’d never see another. Maybe I’ll feel better when you all respond with something to the effect of, “oh, I have several”). So, what is our experience with this special order feature? Does anyone here have one? Anyone have photos of one? Anyone have the one I had?
