It is a good honest gun, but the most unusual feature is the windguage front sight–if that letters, it would be very unusual, & worth several hundred by itself, even if it doesn’t.  But the Lyman 1A is a much later addition.

Since the bore is bad, I’d turn it into a Hornet by lining, which wouldn’t require changes to extractor.

It does letter with that sight.  Of consideration, that Single Shot rifle was the very first one made in the 22 WCF cartridge.  I personally would leave it as is.

No, it is not a “semi deluxe”.  Instead, it is a Special Sporting Rifle with plain non checkered stocks.
