hey guys first time user of this. I have a model 1906 .22 short/long pump action. It has patina on it and was wondering how to clean it good with out hurting any of the value. Also I was wonder where would be a good place to try and sale it? Please help sorry for my uneducated self. This is the first old gun I have owned

Unless there is active rust/corrosion on it, you should not clean the patina off of it.

Listing it on Gunbroker.com will get you in front of a large audience of potential buyers.

First of all it is best to do noting. Dirt can be washed off with a wet rag. Follow up with a good light gun oil, after air drying. That should hurt anything and bring out the looks. Gun Brokers is the best place to sell.
