Hi, i have a nice 1894 and i need help for evaluate it… thanks guys

 

Model 1894

Serial number 43650 (1894 to 1895)

Octogonal barrel 26 inch 

Caliber 38-55 good bore

Metal finish 70%

Wood finish restored with hi gloss varnish 🙁

Some scratch on some screw

Overall good condition

Your Model 1894 was actually manufactured in the year 1898. The 26-inch octagon barrel identifies it as a Sporting Rifle. We need to see clear pictures of it to provide any additional comments.
