Just bought an as new 94AE in cal. 307.  serial 559XXXX, built 1989.  Weird thing is, everywhere I look, says they where produced with 20 inch barrels.

Mine has a 16 inch. Anyone know if these where a special run?

It has an XTR stock , barrel is only marked 94AE caliber .307 , not XTR or bigbore

My two 307’s are 20″. My guess is someone made a shorty out of it.
