When did Winchester stop putting the model on the rear tang and start putting it on the barrel for the 1894 and 1892?

The Model 94 transition from the Type 5A upper tang marking to the Type 6 upper tang marking took place somewhere in the 1019418 – 1019546 serial number range (March 19 or March 20) of the year 1928. The barrel marking change took place at the same time as the upper tang marking change.
