OfflineFunny you should ask, as I am currently in the process of wrapping up an article for the WACA Collector magazine where I discuss the Model 94 Flat Band Carbines in detail.
In answer to your question, Yes, they are relatively common. Winchester manufactured them in the years 1946 – 1948, with a total production of 138,000 .
