Hey hey all. Just flipping thru the 2018 calendar, and for June it has a couple of Pacific Coast Militia Ranger pieces. The write up on the Model 64 talks about only 10 being recorded out of a very small number issued. I have one of these rifles, and was wondering about the this registry. Who is this Gary Freer #431 that submitted the info. Could not find that name in the members list here online. Thanks for any info. Sean.

I am the person who is conducting the research survey, and I currently have (11) Model 64 PCMR rifles documented in the survey. I would like to add yours. Please provide the serial number.
All told, Winchester sold the Canadian government 2,500 Winchesters, most of which were Model 94s, with a small number of Model 64s. The actual number of Model 64s is unknown, but it is more than likely no more than (50). Thus far, they are all in the 1316987 – 1320678 serial number range.

Your Model 64 rifle is now the 12th one confirmed to have been sold to the Canadian government to equip the PCMR troops.
