I figured it was a Commemorative, but didn’t see any edition on the Winchester Commemoratives list under the Resources tab that would relate to an abbreviation of CQ. Was thinking maybe it stood for Canada (or Canadian) Quebec, but can’t find any info to support that theory.

How long is the barrel? Popular use of “CQ” today is the military-derived “Close Quarters” but hard to make the leap from that to a 94.
