Not mine –friend wants to sell. Not sure of value. He was going to bring to a Dealer or actioneer.  I thought it should go on this site first but he is not a WACA member. I am.  Not sure how but ,I’ll try to load pics.

Bob ;First off I believe that gun was manufactured in 1899, so nota 2nd year, not even antique, and I don’t see anywhere near 80% condition, just going by the pictures I see a brown gun. I will not give an estimate of value.

Bob,

It is a 6th year production Model 1894 (January 1899).  It is a standard Sporting Rifle, round barrel.  The only thing it has going for it is the caliber.  However, the condition of the bore will significantly influence the value.
