I have a 1892 44 WCF short magazine with a 24″ half octagon/half round barrel made in 1905. Need help on identifying the configuration of the rifle for insurance purpose. Finish is about 40%.Thanks
If the magazine is about flush with the forearm it is a half or button magazine. It it is several inches longer it is a 3/4 mag. Value can not be estimated without pictures. Join the Forum or figure out how to set up a sight where you can put them and we can see them.
