are winchester barrels marked which model they are?
was looking at leveraction I think was a 1892 only markings on
the barrel 32w.s. nickel steel made for smokeless powder.
had a octagon barrel with marbles rear sight. only winchester
markings were on the tang.

Dan,

Winchester did not start marking the Model designation on the Model 92 and Model 94 barrels until the mid to late 1920s.

The 32 W.S. marking makes it a Model 1894/94 barrel.
