Low serial numbers bring a premium on certain models. Wondering what kind of premium (if any) for serial number 13 model 71? Any ideas?

Don,
It will bring very little premium on that rifle. There are too many issues with it that will drag the value down.
(1) the original No. 98A Bolt peep sight is missing, and the rear sight & elevator are not correct. Also missing the front sight hood.
(2) the rifle shows a substantial amount of bluing loss and overall wear & tear to the rest of it.
