I have a 1907 Winchester rifle in 32-40 caliber. The lever loop is broke where it goes up against the tang. Will any pre-64 lever work on it?  Thanks

Yes, but you really need to find a pre-1916 lever as they were all case color finished up to that year. Anything later will be blued, which would not be correct for your rifle.
