The base looks right but the upright is not a match to any I can find.

The third picture down does show graduation marks. The shape of the top is a bit different and that is what mainly concerns me. All I can find have a rounded inside curve at the top as opposed to this straight cut. The base is marked 73 on the bottom. The knob looks right. The fit of the upright into the base looks good.

The cut in the staff is squire on the bottom, I have seen that before but square on the top is new to me. Also the model number on the spring is usually read from the back end of the sight, it is in the right place, just reads from the front end. Those two items are different but could well be right.
The after market sights bases do not look like this one. This base is original. The picture of the range markings on the staff is to fuzzy to tell if real. T/R
