Hello All:

I’ve posted this before, but thought I’d post it again.  If anyone knows the whereabouts of this semi deluxe Model 1894 (sn 143827) sold by Collectors Firearms July 2017:  http://archives.collectorsfirearms.com/?category=943&subcategory=977&category=&product=w4838  Let me know.  I have it’s almost twin brother consecutive serial number,  in 32 WS.  SN 143826, double set triggers, take down, semi deluxe, 24″ barrel.  I posted pictures of it a few months ago.

Thanks,

Al

Al,

Have you tried talking with Collector Firearms, I assume they keep records of buyers? They might be willing to talk to the buyer and broker the deal for a profit.

Bob,

Good point.  I did speak with them about it and that’s how I found out it was sold in July 2017, but I didn’t push the issue any further.

Thanks,

Al

Al,

Since you would be considered a motivated buyer, your going to have to pay up for it. I have heard of these situations before and sometimes the other guy ends up buying yours.
