Hole in M92 receiver - right side

I was just wondering why the hole in the right side of the M92 receiver for removal of the breechblock/lever pin was not plugged like it is on the left side ?

Too small to bother with plugging.  Also, the screw slot would be very delicate and prone to buggering; then the action would not be able to be completely disassembled.
