Funny, as I just gave my Vet a minty 1948 Flatband as he is retiring and has been taken care of my

animals since 1997. That leaves me with one.  Big Larry

Tony,

The Flat-band survey is still active, and I currently have 2,182 of them documented in the survey.

These are the current extrapolated production numbers;

Extrapolated Flat-Band Cartridge Totals
30 W.C.F. 32 W.S. 25-35 W.C.F. Total
89,343 40,515 12,763 142,621

Hi Bert. I am quite sure you have my # 1416238 (X). It is a duplicate. Just bought it for the variation. By the way Submariner, thanks for all you do. I know you are highly appreciated by all.  Big Larry

Larry,

I do have it in the survey.  I have it listed in two separate worksheets (1) Flat bands; (2) Duplicate serial numbers.

Bert,

If I can get the serial # I will fore ward it here, for the survey. I’m trying to get it, as it looks like someone replaced the original stock with a crescent butt rifle stock!

Thanks… every S/N counts!

Thanks… it should have the Type 2 receiver frame and a slotted magazine tube end cap.
