GB 538024214. Exceptional 73.
This same gentlemen had a standard length 73 in very similar condition just last week that fetched 14K. GB 535179494

I agree, that’s a fantastic 1873 short rifle. I always found it interesting that these 20″ border guns are usually found with set triggers. It seems most of them from this era had a destination on the letters too, which also adds to the appeal.

Nice rifle, the guy is a little confused about the shipping ticket. I was watching his last auction but it went farther than I figured.
