The ammo panic is a different phenomenon–chalk that up to fears of what the Dream Team would like to do, but in all probability won’t be able to accomplish due to lack of political strength.  Their first priority is another “assault rifle” ban, but even that looks doubtful.

Want to worry about something?  Worry about greedy US ammo makers selling huge quantities of ammo to our enemy, the fed gov’t., & leaving us to scramble for the scraps.
