This was probably asked before, but what is the last ser. no range for case color lever and hammer in the Winchester 1894

Based on what I have observed, all serial numbers through 700,000 should have a case color hardened lever, hammer, butt plate, etc. When exactly Winchester switched to bluing all of the parts is not known, but it could be in the mid to upper 800,000 serial range.
