Difference between pre/post 64 M94 forearm?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the late pre 64 Model 94 forearm and the post 64 forearm? I know very early pre 64 are longer in front of the band, but what about the 1955-63 forearms? How do they differ from post 64? Thanks

Winchester made the change from the longer forestock to the shorter forestock in the latter part of the year 1950. From 1951 – 1963, they are all the short variety. I do not believe that there is any difference in the post-1963 forestocks.
