Winchester collectors need to study this gun. They can learn two things. Winchester COULD produce checkering that would never wear. And, phillips head screws were in use MUCH earlier than thought. The question is, though, do these innovations warrant the asking price of the gun?

What you guys are missing is that this is an original " 1 of 720,000 " 1873 Winchester.
I have no idea why this print is so large!

Nice to see that the rest of his guns are in the same condition, wonder if he’s looking to buy more for about 1/2 his asking price.
