ARIZ stamp on 1894 SRC receiver

Came across this interesting 1894 SRC (1918) in 25-35 this past weekend. Gun was pretty rough but there was a distinct ARIZ stamp on the left side of the receiver. Just wondering if anyone had an idea of provenance. Have a pic I can email if someone will post.
