Are the sight hood and rear sight the same on late pre-64 94s and early post-64s?

I believe the front sight “ramp /hooded bead” on carbine models was introduced mid 1932 and has remained essentially the same since then. There may have been some minor changes post 1964 or on the AE sand subsequent models.

I have a 1932 carbine that has the ramp/bead/hood configuration and it appears identical to a friends 1956 carbine.

Wolfbait   I have several early and late pre 64,s. I don’t see any difference in the hoods or the sights other than I have one real early (1932) gun that has the ramp fr. site that is not slotted for the hood.     Henry
