No “dead horse” ever when talking about .38-40’s!
Your ’92 should be fine with those cartridges. I’d shoot them out of my ’73.
The “High Velocity” .38-40 loads travel near 1770 fps. It is said, they were made to use in Model ’92’s. So these 1160 fps cartridges are easy on your gun.
The only problem you’ll have with them is that there are only 50 in a box. You will burn through those so fast, you might want to set up an automatic payment/delivery system with your supplier!
Save your brass. Even if you don’t plan on reloading, you might one day. Also, plenty of folks would pay you for those empties.
