1968 model 94 trapper?|Winchester Rifles|Forum|Winchester Collector

I put this on the questions forum but did not get much response,so I thought I would try here.I have model 94 with a 16 inch barrel,serial number 31497XX. The front site is a ramp with a dovetail slot and a post in the slot.It does not have a saddle ring.The serial number dates it to 1968.I was told to search this site for a browning contact,but nothing comes up.Can anybody give me any info to verify that it is a trapper.It all appears factory.
