The SK rings and mounts are new, but IMHO they go quite well with the 1958 .270 Model 70 FWT

The Leupold Mountaineer was recently purchased on eBay

Congratualtions on a great rifle! The scope looks period and as you say, the mounts look good too. Jack O’Conner would be rightfully proud of you!
